Fixes out of the box experience (since the default multiplier means we're still operating in pence, not pounds)
cc @alfwro13 - reverting this small section so it works cleanly for new installs. Since the multiplier is already applied by the time the limits are evaluated, and the default value there is 100, we're still operating in pence.
