Add coveralls.io support #20

Could be very interesting to add coveralls.io support to this repo.

You can use my repo Kerrigan29a/lua (look at .travis.yml) as example. It's very easy to use.

I really like coveralls.io. I use it on my go project Pblcache. If I have some spare time, I will add it here also.
