When selecting the zoom in tool on the top left, the "create-new addresses" task behaves weird #22

I used the zoom in tool to zoom in and then i wanted to created new points,
but the two tools seem to be interfere ..

Once the zoom-in tool is deactivated it is OK

yep.... a click is a click. 
The user needs to deactivate the zoom in in order to create a new address.
So, the only solution that I see it to remove this tool (since I don't want to 
add a 
"create button").
Any other workaround ?

I had thought that the zoom in tool should only react on drag+click and not a 
simple
click
