UI issue: language support is mixed with english #28

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. open the website
2. change language to italiano/deutsch/espanol
3. open the menue 'about openaddresses'

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
expect to read about the project in the selected language, but this 
section remains english.

This is due to the fact that it is simply not translated in the translation 
file. Could 
you please follow this process to update the translation file: 
http://code.google.com/p/openaddresses/wiki/HowToTranslate

I just extended the German translation by writing in the xls file. The result is
committed.
