sorry about the error. If this running as part of bcbio?
can you fetch the complete command that you are using?
If it is installed through bcbio and using as part, that dependency should work. But it needs to get the PATH correctly set up to find it.
I will try to help more when you send out that information.

Error: Perl PDF::API2 package not found Check if the perl PDF::API2 package is correctly installed and all Pathes were set correctly.
If you used the install.pl script make sure that you started a complete new shell window after installation. If this did not help please restart youer workstation.
