Python 3 support: progressbar2 and list/iterator fixes #38

Works off devel branch and adds few remaining fixes for tests to pass on python 3 (with miRTop/mirtop#51 in place):

Use progressbar2, supported on Python 2 and 3, instead of progressbar.
Few remaining checks for list/iterator issues with keys
Small cleanups for has_key and print statements

I am also very happy with the devel branch and would like to see it transition Debian. Are there plans for a new release? Or could I just use the devel branch as an interim solution? Best, Steffen

I'll do a release end of February, but you can use devel branch if that is too late for you.
