Doesn't export NOTES when RefNotes Plugin is enable #300

Export to ODT works but reference notes managed by RefNotes Plugin are not exported. While in dw2pdf RefNotes are exported normally.

There seems to be some basic odt support. Not sure what is exported and what not. dw2pdf uses html when exporting, so could more often work out of the box, odt export needs for more situations specific instructions. https://github.com/dwp-forge/refnotes/issues/38
