Restore compatibility with Hogfather #314

The classes "dokuwiki\File\PageResolver" and "dokuwiki\File\MediaResolver" doesn't exists on Hogfather, so this fix restore the old functions calls if those classes doesn't exists to avoid breaking compatibility with older DokuWiki releases.
