Updated toolbar code (do not use JavaScript any more) #8

This updates the toolbar code. It uses the state-of-the-art way to create a toolbar in DokuWiki and removes the JavaScript code. Thanks to @Dr-Yukon for the code (See original PRs #4, #5, #6, #7).
