Implement copyrect #251

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Connect to x11vnc server
2. Do anything after first frame loads
3. Exception through "copyrect not implemented", connection dropped

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
A usable VNC viewer

What version of android-vnc-viewer are you using?
current

Which VNC server/version are you using?  On which platform?
x11vnc 0.9.9 on Ubuntu 10.4.2

What is the size of the desktop you are trying to access (i.e. 1024x768,
1920x1080...)?
2048x768

What device are you using?
Galaxy Tab 10.1 v3.1

Are you using a custom ROM?  If so, which?
