Adding a way to center the map where we want thanks to the URL #12

I was not sure how to organize properly the code.

Please don't merge it for now. I wanted to share what I started with you so you know I am working on it.

I am planning on adding a way to get the link from a marker. Also, if the URL targets a marker, I would like to open the infoWindow of this marker.
