Managing areas #20

We must add a new menu to be able to manage (add/update/remove) areas.

Is there a quick way to a the 3 new areas?

Yes: wait 1-2h I implement it :D

Now available at http://gw2c.jsilvestre.fr/admin/areas

There will be more work to do to make it translatable, I'll do it later.
