make the first heading h1, and then logical heading structure and use captions on the tables.

It was fixed in v2.2.7 release.

Hello @jsdev, The release v2.2.7 introduced a bug that was fixed in https://github.com/lpelypenko/axe-html-reporter/releases/tag/v2.2.9 release. Please install the latest v2.2.9 to see the updated version with changes related to your reported issue.
