hi, is there a way to diagnose pc problems over the network. i get that it is not the objective of hardinfo. motivation is to tell remote user to connect with just a working network and bios.

With just the BIOS (UEFI) running? I doubt it. I know that UEFI or some UEFI allow updating itself (BIOS flashing) via a network connection. UEFI itself is a kind of OS but it is very limited.
