Make emoji names even more distinct #14

That's a good idea to make the names of these emotes more distinct. Should we got a bit further and spell out "secret_hitler"? "sh" is short and still may collide. Being more specific here might be good.

JA='secret_hitler_ja'
NEIN='secret_hitler_nein'

config.py also has these constants, so I want to also fix it so the names don't need to match in both places...if we want to change the name for any reason, we ought to have just 1 place for that
