Change plugin and module name #121

Feature description

The new plugin name is actually "LPO GeoNature tools". The plugin should simply be renamed 'Plugin LPO' to avoid difficult changes for users ;)

Le changement c'est maintenant! Mais pas trop vite quand même!!!
