qt-nirs on infant LUMO data #11

Hello,

I'd like to check my data using qt-nirs, but I'm not sure if I set the parameters correctly. The data was collected on 6-7-month-old infants with full-head LUMO caps. This is how I set the parameters for now: bpFmin = 1.5; bpFmax = 3.5; windowSec = 3; windowOverlap = 0; quality_threshold = 0.6; sciThreshold = 0.6 pspThreshold = 0.07

Hi Zohreh, Thanks for contacting and using QTNIRS. I guess you chose 3.5 Hz as the maximum freq. for the BP filter because of the population. The parameters seem fine and they look not too strict, again because of the population type. Feel free to reach out if you face any problems. Samuel
