Hi, is there a way to annotate/exclude time windows in homer3 that have an sci or pp value under a specific threshold on a channel-by-channel basis, so that these time windows for the specific channels can be excluded for further analysis?

Did you figure out how to do this? I have the same question.

Hello both, and sorry for the late reply. I think that @smonterohdz was working on this issue specifically, and he may have a prompt answer. Meanwhile, let me ask for clarification...you wish to exclude different time windows in different channels, as opposed to the same corrupted window across all channels, correct?

Hi, yes, we have an initial qtnirs-Homer3 function that you can use to prune channels. We are still working on excluding time segments to inform Homer3 and exclude them from the posterior analysis.
