Broadlink RM4 Mini (0x51da) only tested on real hardware. Some deprecated code fixed.

@Defensor7 I've opened a PR in my fork (401Unauthorized/broadlinkjs-rm) which is being maintained to include some other advances, including the ability to connect new devices to a WiFi network. I'll look this over and merge in soon. Thanks!
