Support RM3 Pro Plus #3

There is a new version out there, that causes this bug: https://github.com/lprhodes/homebridge-broadlink-rm/issues/208 It can be fixed by adding devtype == 0x279d to the list of devices

I've added support for this dev type in the most recent version
