Powercut - now previous pairing is lost - HELP #19

We had a power cut for 5hrs and the Apple TV remote pairing for all remotes including this homebridge plugins were lost.

What is the process to re-pair it with my config still having the existing credentials?

Is the Apple Tv still paired? Look in the Apple TV Settings > Remotes> Paired

no it wasn't showing at all. I had to re-do my whole config again anyway so re-did it from scratch. It now shows as "Unknown Device" again under Settings > Remotes and Devices > Remote App and Devices

Would be good to know if a power cut happens again how you can easily re-pair it. Any tips would be much appreciated.

Closing as I've kinda fixed the problem by re-setting everything back up.

Re-opened as the settings don't hold and don't work after a day or so for some reason. Posted the error https://github.com/lprhodes/homebridge-apple-tv/issues/25
