Merge air-conditioner-pro and tv? #531

Hey,

@kiwi-cam and @AlexanderBabel have done a tremendous job over at https://github.com/AlexanderBabel/homebridge-broadlink-rm to create a tv accessory and air-conditioner-pro (being able to set an air conditioner on by-temperature basis)

I'm using it right now and it works great, and if this main repo is to be maintained I hope you can merge those accessories so that we can have that functionality as well

Thanks for the shout out @Cloudore. We've had some discussion on how to work this over here.

I'm working on keeping the fork close behind @lprhodes' changes and once the changes settle down I'll look at putting in a pull request to merge them. As @lprhodes says in the linked conversation, there are some fundamental changes coming soon so I'm just taking the "wait and see" approach for now.
