set the default value of --min-triggers to 1 #25

This pull request is designed to enable run also with a single detector

We don't need to change the default value. See https://github.com/lpsinger/observing-scenarios-simulations/pull/38#pullrequestreview-1674694601.

And in any case, @weizmannk, I know that you are a LIGO Scientific Collaboration member, so you can open MRs and issues on the upstream repo https://git.ligo.org/lscsoft/ligo.skymap/, rather than this fork.
