some cant get count error (ive check powershell version and it seems to be running on v5 (quick note: im on windows 1511 and cant really upgrade it rn)

Run this command first:

Set-PSRepository PSGallery -InstallationPolicy Trusted

What's the output $PSVersionTable?

dunno but i installed scoop instead and got neofetch
