User Style Sheet is not working #182

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
3.8.4, Win XP SP3.

Please provide any additional information below.
A upstream fix is required to be backported.

A test binary with backported upstream changeset 86060 and 94906 applied is 
attached.
(additional Qt fixes applied and this binary will work correctly in Windows NT 
4.0)

with additional fix, it won't eats whole CPU in NT4

Thank you for the QtWeb-qtwebkit22 binary!  Prior versions of QtWeb would not 
run under 2K on one of my machines.  This one does.
