It would be nice if user could rearrange the order of toolba buttons and also
move them left-right between text entry boxes.
Most important for me - have the option to move 'New Tab' button to the right
of tabs (makes more sense since new tab user adds appear on the RIGHTof the
current tab, the button should be closest to that location).
