Allow downloads window to be a tab instead #211

Hi,
It would be nice to have an option to have downloads show up inside the main 
browser window, in a 'Downloads' tab. When I'm using the awesomely compact 
portable single-file version it's kind of cumbersome to use the small separate 
download window that I lose track of all the time.

It would also make sense if qtweb could open and display it's own bookmarks 
file (bookmarks.xbel) so user could set  it as a Start or New Tab page.

Eh, I always forget to add that I'm using the WINDOWS portable version of the 
browser, but it's probably obvious anyway.
