What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Fight a battle
2. Get knocked out
3. Troops become 0/xxx and all are wounded

Yeah this seriously needs to get fixed. I love this mod but I can't play with 
this bug :(

I couldn't reproduce the bug no matter how many times I tried. Are you using 
WSE? Which warband version?

It has been confirmed, that the error occurs because of a patching either of 
warband or the mod. It's recommended that you do a clean reinstall of both.
