Can not recruit crusader knights if the free space in the party is less, than 30. #114

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Trying to recruit crusader knight when the free space in the players party 
is less, than 30.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
You can not recruit mercenaries (30 units/band)if you do not have enough free 
space in the party, and the recruit crusader knight option disappears to (5 
units/band).

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
rev 100.
