Load Error: Number of Factions in file: 97, exceeds 84 #135

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. When I try to load any of my game saves.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?

I just updated my version of dev1257. I'm on win 7 pro, 64 bit, of course. 

Please provide any additional information below.

Thank you for your help. My saves were working, but then foolishly i updated 
the mod. Anyway to roll it back, or make this update work?

roll back or start a new game(right click on the dev1257 folder -> tortoiseSVN 
-> revert.
