Battles make no sound at night

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Join a fight/battle at night
2. Attack opponent, or anything else.
3.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Normal battle sounds, when hitting npcs, screams, etc. Instead i hear only the 
sounds made by the player (crossbow fire, player scream...) nothing else, and 
no music either.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Win7 32 ; M&B warband v1.153 ; SVN i dont know what version, the latest today

Please provide any additional information below.
I didn't play much AD1257, but this happened to me in a village (the one near 
Szeged) So i don't know if it's the same everywhere.
I also noted that it seems that only the title music is played.
