Incorrect vassal names #141

1. There are two Přemysl Otakar II's, one as a leader of Kingdom of Bohemia 
(correct), one still as a vassal of HRE (outdated)
2. Two vassals of the same name in HRE - Burggrafs of Nurnberg. One who holds 
the city of Nurnberg (correct), other with same name having random fiefs.
3. One wife of the new Kingdom of Bohemia (Smil's, I think, forgot) Has 3 
husbands. Now it might be historically correct, if it is, my bad.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

A new name for these characters would be enough.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?

Newest, SVN verion.
