Enemy troops unable to get on a ladder. #152

What steps will reproduce the problem?
I build the fortified manor in calais, and during sieges the enemy used a siege 
tower. After upgrading defences the enemy uses 1 ladder, but none of the enemy 
troops are able to use it, they just stand near the wall unable to get inside. 
And i can't get any of my troops out, because there is no gate, so the siege is 
unable to advance.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
0.97.1 win7 64bit.
