Cavalry refuse to follow #154

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Trying to get them to follow you, using both F1 and Backspace menu

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Instead, they simply hold their position, without any player interference

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
SVN version on Windows 7 64-bit

Please provide any additional information below.

All the other groups can follow me, just not cav
