Attacking and exiting Aleppo #166

What steps will reproduce the problem?

If a player attacks his army is on the edge of the moat and the enemy in it, 
with a huge drop. Only a player unit can make that drop. Also when tournaments 
are underway, exiting that town is not possible.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Being able to fight, and being able to exit. Not in both cases.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?

Please provide any additional information below.
