Couldn't load "Texture\h_alexander_plume.dds" message

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. I had a battle versus Czech lords. but I think it's because a missing 
texture for a item

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
no error message ;-)
A message box with a error appears: Couldn't load 
"Texture\h_alexander_plume.dds"

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?

I had viewed in the texture folder and it's a missing file.

Have had the same issue and reduced it to the source of the failure. Seems like 
the Berber Spear causes this problem. Every time it appears on screen 
(shop/inside a castle/on the battlefield or even if one mate hase this in use), 
this window pops up and shuts down the M&B tab.
On the first view the spear looks ok, without any missing textures.
