the number of arrow in arrow bag ? #188

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.when i update the patch to the r208,i notice the number of arrow in the arrow 
bag has changed.when i played r207 the number of a bunch of arrow is 60. but in 
r208 it become 30 in one bag.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
 feb 13th i install the lastest version.
so,it's the r207?
