Army Promotion/Payday #206

When I joined an army, the 23 march 1257 was my Pay/Promotionday but this is 
the day when the game starts and now I cant get paid or promoted and that is a 
big bug

I never got promoted, I can get paid though. I think they took out the 
promotion system, I'm not sure
