Kingdoms names mixed with native kingdoms nadmes.

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Start the game

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Well i start the game resently downloaded from 0.97 and i saw "Holy roman 
empire" as "Sultani Serrani", "poland" as "rodoks", "teutonics" as "swadia", 
etc.
Then i downloaded the SVN and got the same problem. 

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
win xp the last revision "250"

Please provide any additional information below.
i didnt saw any other thread issue so i guess maybe happen just to me, maybe is 
a easy thing than i can fix?
