No skybox loads #214

What steps will reproduce the problem?

Running the game

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

Normal skybox. No skybox loads on the world screen or in combat. The sky is 
just rendered a solid black.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?

254 Windows 7 32 bit
