no music texture fail #221

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. start game
2. loading
3. main menu

-No music in main menu, texture (pants) missing.
-I have fresh install of the game and fresh mod downloaded via SVN.

-MBWarband 1.153 
-Windows 7 64 bit
