Troops waypoints at Magdeburg siege broken #230

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.Beisge Magdeburg 
2.After breaking doors part of troops stand still staring at enemies throw the 
walls. See the picture.
3.Hold position or follow me commands  affects only part of troops others just 
keep staing there.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
