What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Starting the Game

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Straßbourg/burg is placed in Norther Italy, near todays South Tyrol.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Newest. SVN. Win 7 64 Bit.

Please provide any additional information below.
The City should be placed North-West of Basel.
