Manors are not building buildings #248

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Just trying to make a building in manor
2. Waiting
3. Visiting the manor >_<

isn't it obvious that they are supposed to make buildings?
and I have tried this four times on four different games, and waited up to four 
months, No buildings made by the time I came back from crusade on game one, the 
other three games I just sat outside the manor, checked in three months, 
NOTHING WAS CONSTRUCTED!?!?

The latest release for the mod and I am using a windows 8

Please provide any additional information below.

Oh, and the females almost always look like they've been ran over by fifty 
dumptrucks, wtf is with the face gen?
