Entering stationed town bug

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. entering stationed town as mercenary of lord

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
entering town menu, but script error and no menu

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
latest (79 i think)

Please provide any additional information below.

SCRIPT ERROR ON OPCODE 1300: Invalid Party ID: -1; LINE NO: 1: 
 At menu menu_world_map_soldier item mno_enter_town consequence. At menu menu_world_map_soldier item mno_enter_town consequence.
