Very long truce

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Became a king. After end of war get the truce with some faction.
2. Faction notes window shows 20 days of truce, but actually it takes 20 weeks 
of game time for this term to expire. 
3. 20 weeks of truce is way too much for this game.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
20 days of truce, not weeks

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
v85,Win7 but it was also reported with some newer version

Please provide any additional information below.
