Hi! I'd like to add support for Adobe Illustrator CC2019 (23) #1237

I obtained these folders from [(https://www.vektorgarten.de/illustrator-settings.html)] and cleaned them up a bit. Adobe is using the ".localized" folder scheme to address some files, which is perhaps something mackup would like to support? Other than that, the version number would be a nice use case for a "version variable" but I'll gladly update this for every new Illustrator.

That said, there's a big chance the next Illustrator will be called 24 :)

Here's my (kinda working) en_US config!

[application] name = AdobeIllustrator23

Mind doing a PR?

So this won't work for anyone not using English in the US?

RE: Brandon, yes, until someone can shine a light on that ".localized" thing OSX does, I'll use the "en_US" hardcoded. I'd love for it to be more flexible though, any thoughts?

RE: Ira & PR: I'll try! It would be my first PR :)
