As far as I can tell, there are not a ton of folks using test-doc-blocks, but the ones who are have been using it successfully for a long while.

So I should drop the alpha status.

I'll likely move for the patch component of the version (so 1.1. for the next release), which I seem to be preferring for my other works.

Can also do a maintenance pass and bump deps.
