Does seq-nms improve the results of still-image detector? In my experiment, it doesn't work. Do you have any suggestion about the set of the threshold？

Hi, Because Seq-NMS uses the detection results of still-image detector to boost the detection in video by re-scoring bounding boxes, which means that some of the boxes may get higher scores thanks to that while others may get lowered. It's hard to say whether it will improve the still-image detection because the goal of this method is to do video object detection. Since I'm not the author of this paper, it's just my personal opinion and you may also email the authors to get more ideas.
