update github pages version for pilot study

• Merged master into gh-pages
• github.io seems to be having a consistency issue, it's not serving the same files every time

Try waiting a couple hours to see if the github.io servers get in sync

10/20 1pm Maya confirms that github.io has is not immediately consistent, has noticed having to wait >5 min

• pushed again to gh-pages. reset wait timer.
